What commercial joinery is
Commercial joinery covers fit-out work for businesses: reception desks, counters and serveries, fixed seating and banquettes, shelving and display, storage walls, wall panelling, doors and bespoke feature joinery. We manufacture in our Stratford-upon-Avon workshop and install with our own team of five, including an in-house electrician.
Who it is for
We work directly with business owners, cafés, retailers, salons, clinics, offices and hospitality venues, and with main contractors and fit-out companies who need a joinery subcontractor with accreditation, insurance and site documentation in place.
When it is needed
New fit-outs, refurbishments, rebrands and unit changes. Early involvement helps: when we are brought in at design stage, joinery, services and programme can be coordinated instead of reconciled on site.

Commercial joinery is judged on two things beyond appearance: whether it survives public use, and whether it lands on programme. Manufacturing in our own workshop keeps both in our control, and our accreditations mean the paperwork side does not slow the job down.

We review drawings or survey the unit, confirm the scope and provide an itemised quotation at no charge.
Step 2
Drawings, RAMS and documentation
Workshop drawings and site documentation are issued as standard, with accreditation and insurance evidence supplied on request.
Step 3
Workshop manufacture
The package is made in our own workshop, so programme dates stay in our control rather than a supplier's.
Step 4
Site installation
Our DBS-checked team installs and scribes on site, with electrical work for lit and powered joinery handled in-house.
Step 5
Snag, sign-off and hand over
Items adjusted, defects closed out and the area handed back clean and ready to trade.

Materials, methods and variations
We work directly with business owners and with main contractors. Drawings, RAMS and site documentation are provided as standard.
Design consultations and quotations are free. There is no fixed price list, every project is priced individually because every project is made to measure. A deposit of 30–50% is taken depending on the size of the work.

Every package is priced individually from the drawings or the site survey. Quotations are free and itemised so each element can be reviewed separately.
What accreditations do you hold?

What insurance cover do you carry?
£10 million public liability and £5 million employer's liability cover.
Do you provide RAMS and drawings?

Can you work to a fixed programme date?
Because we manufacture in our own workshop rather than buying joinery in, our dates are within our control. We agree the programme before committing to it.
