Flat-pack and modular furniture is built to average dimensions. Your chimney breast, your sloped ceiling and your 2.9-metre Victorian walls are not average, which is why so many rooms end up with filler panels, wasted corners and storage that never quite fits what you own.
Made-to-measure joinery removes that compromise. Whether it is fitted wardrobes in Stratford-upon-Avon, a bespoke kitchen or a built-in media wall, every carcass, door and moulding is cut for your room, scribed to your walls and finished to sit as though it has always been part of the house.
Jon Sutton comes from generations of skilled joiners and has spent 25 years making exactly this kind of work. Today a close-knit team of 5, including an in-house electrician, handles every project end to end, from the first survey to the final adjustment on fitting day.

Four clear stages,
one team throughout
You deal with the people making your furniture at every stage, not a salesperson, a subcontractor and then a fitter you have never met.
1. Free design consultation
We visit, measure the space properly and talk through how you need it to work. No charge, no obligation.
2. Design and fixed quotation
You see the layout and finishes before anything is made, with an itemised quote. A deposit of 30–50% secures your build slot.
3. Made in our workshop
Every carcass, door and moulding is manufactured by our own team in Stratford-upon-Avon. Nothing is subbed out.
4. Fitted by the makers
The people who built your furniture install it, including the electrics, handled by our in-house electrician.

Do you charge for design consultations or quotations?
No. Design consultations and quotations are always free, with no obligation.
Is everything really made by you?
Yes. Every piece is manufactured in our own workshop in Stratford-upon-Avon, nothing is subbed out. The team of five, including an in-house electrician, handles projects from survey to final fit.
How much does bespoke joinery cost?
There is no fixed price list and no per-metre rate, because every project is made to measure. Each piece is priced individually after a survey, and the quotation is free.
What deposit do you take?
A deposit of 30–50% is taken depending on the size of the project, with the balance due on completion.
Are you insured and accredited?
Yes. We hold £10 million public liability and £5 million employer's liability cover, and we are Checkatrade, SMAS, CHAS and Safecontractor accredited with a DBS-checked team.
Which areas do you cover?
Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa, Solihull, Evesham, Banbury, Worcester, Cheltenham and Bromsgrove, plus the surrounding Warwickshire and Midlands villages.
